1. Our Commitment

At Sustainable Development Experts, we are committed to providing high-quality, impactful learning experiences in sustainable development and related fields. We understand that sometimes a course may not meet your expectations, and we want you to feel confident when investing in your education with us.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Individual Courses)

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all individual course purchases. If you are not satisfied with your course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, provided that:

• You have completed no more than 20% of the course content.
• You have not downloaded course materials (such as videos, PDFs, or templates) for permanent offline use.
• You have not received a certificate of completion.
• Your request is submitted within the 30-day window from the date of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund:

• Courses where more than 20% of the content has been completed.
• Courses purchased during a promotional sale or using a discount code, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the offer page.
• Certificates and certification bundles once any certificate has been issued.
• Subscription plans after the first billing cycle.
• Courses gifted to another user once the gift has been redeemed.

4. Subscription Plans

If you are enrolled in a monthly or annual subscription:

• Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. No refund will be issued for the current billing period, but you will retain access until the end of that period.
• Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no more than 2 courses have been accessed (started). After 14 days, no refund will be issued, but you may cancel renewal for the next billing period.

5. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:

• Include your full name, the email address used at registration, and your order number.
• Briefly describe the reason for your refund request.

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Course Access After Refund

Once a refund is approved and processed, your access to the refunded course(s) and any associated materials will be revoked. Any certificates earned for those course(s) will also be invalidated.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of serious illness, bereavement, or other exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests outside of our standard policy on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with appropriate information or documentation, and we will do our best to find a fair solution.

8. Disputes

If you believe your refund request was handled unfairly, you may escalate your concern to our support management team at Info@sustainabledevelopmentexperts.com. We are committed to resolving all disputes in a transparent, respectful, and timely manner.
